It is rare to experience a major event in human history from the inside. It is even rarer that the world is instantly aware of this clear and obvious. In this regard, the Covid-19 crisis is a unique opportunity to examine the facts and guess their future social, economic and political consequences.

Pierre Brousse was born in 1951, from a family of great servants of the State. In 1975 he chose the public service by joining the Commissariat de la Marine Nationale and served as a senior official within the territorial and central administration. In 1986, he joined the management committee of the Ciments Français group, where he directed activities in Southern Europe and Latin America; from 1988 he chaired the Financiera y Minera group in Madrid. In 1991, he founded the Compagnie Financière dell'Aquila which, after investing in Europe, took part in the acquisition of the Bonna Sabla group and the creation of the Consolis group. He has headed it for 10 years and has co-chaired its supervisory board since 2017. At the same time, he was President of the Alliance Française d'Espagne for ten years and President of French and European professional federations (FIB and BIBM). He is president of the Brousse dell'Aquila Endowment Fund, whose patronage activities are geared towards Asia and maritime areas.
